How to prevent 2ND level “jumps” on when scrolling with UIScrollView?

I am coding a simple game using a UIScrollView to handle the display.
Here is the UIScrollView in Interface Builder:

Here is how it looks in the simulator:

The problem is, I can scroll all the way down and up, and I can jump back and forth with a single finger, on any screen.
I want to disable the ‘next level jump’, so that when I move up one level, the scroll view will only scroll the whole view one level, and not ‘jump’ to the next view on the other side of the scroll view.
How would I do this?
