We report on the experimental evidence of agglomeration of ambient aerosols in a Gaussian beam aerosol generation and analysis (GGA) setup by applying a GGA-based metal tube extraction, which was optimized by means of electrodeposition to a volume concentration factor (VCF) of about 300. For the analysis of the sampled aerosol, an aerosol mass spectrometer with a mass resolution of about 2 Da was used. For data evaluation, a correction function was developed to handle anomalous gas numbers in the microgram ranges. We show that the occurrence of metal ions as a result of sputtering is a key problem with regard to sample transfer from the inlet to the detector. Besides, the interaction of a second aerosol with the first aerosol or a transfer of the aerosol from one inlet channel to another is possible, which may lead to an error in the calculated number of aerosol particles, the composition of the aerosol, or the effective density of the aerosol.Pterygium

The eye has different layers with the outer layer, cornea, being the thinnest. The cornea is the clear part of the eye that covers the iris and the pupil. It has a protective role, and provides transparency, allowing light to enter. The front part of the cornea is the corneal limbus where the gums of the eye are attached to the cornea, marking the inner surface of the eye.

The most common eye disease seen in the ophthalmologist is Pterygium, and for us. It is a non-cancerous growth of tissue on the surface of the cornea, the white part of the eye. Pterygium can be any shape and size, and
